From May 26 to 29, the 2026 Hangzhou Outstanding Quality Control Circle Achievements Presentation and Exchange Conference was held at Qiandao Lake. The event was guided by the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology (Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Digital Economy) and jointly organized by the Hangzhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Hangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Service Center, and the Hangzhou Quality Association. As a highly influential platform for sharing achievements in Hangzhou’s quality management sector, this conference brought together 393 high-quality QC group achievements from across the city, covering multiple fields including manufacturing, construction, power, transportation, telecommunications, and environmental protection.

At this conference, Huafeng Technology selected five QC groups to participate. Following the presentation of their achievements and expert evaluation, the company won two first prizes and three second prizes, standing out among the city’s numerous outstanding achievements and achieving excellent results once again. This is not only a full affirmation of the company’s QC group activities but also a concentrated reflection of the company’s continuous advancement of Total Quality Management and its efforts to promote the transformation and application of quality improvement outcomes.

In recent years, Huafeng Technology has placed great emphasis on building quality management capabilities, treating QC group activities as a key mechanism for enhancing quality awareness among all employees, cultivating improvement skills, and driving the resolution of practical problems. Since 2025, the company has systematically conducted QC knowledge training and project coaching, promoting the extension of QC concepts, tools, and methods to the production front lines, technical backbone staff, and management teams. Focusing on key quality issues such as improving product yield rates, enhancing performance metrics, and reducing customer complaints, each QC team has continuously engaged in project planning, data analysis, root cause identification, and refinement of results, thereby steadily improving their ability to analyze and solve problems using QC methods.
More noteworthy than the results themselves is the proactive engagement and rapid growth demonstrated by the young employees in this competition. The presenters of the projects that won first prize were all college graduates who joined the company within the past year or two. Through the company’s “mentor-apprentice” rotational training program and specialized QC training, they gradually became familiar with the production floor, gained an understanding of process flows and key quality control points, and—under the guidance of mentors and team members—participated in project planning, refining results, and on-site presentations. From repeatedly refining the logic of their projects to continuously improving their presentation skills, they honed their abilities through real-world tasks, thereby showcasing the phased achievements of the company’s young talent development program on a municipal platform.
2026 is designated as Huafeng Technology’s “Quality Enhancement and Efficiency Improvement” Year. In March, the company officially established the “Quality Enhancement and Efficiency Improvement” Task Force, which identified six key improvement projects to advance in the areas of quality enhancement, efficiency improvement, cost optimization, and management efficiency. These six projects serve not only as the key drivers for the company’s year-long “Quality Enhancement and Efficiency Improvement” initiative but also as vital vehicles for transforming QC outcomes from mere “project results” into tangible “quality outcomes, management outcomes, and economic outcomes.” The young talent who gained this experience will continue to participate in tackling these key improvement projects, injecting new vitality into their advancement.
Moving forward, the company will welcome a new batch of college graduates. The practical process of QC project training, refining outcomes, and municipal-level presentations has provided valuable experience for the future development of young employees. The company will continue to closely integrate QC activities with young talent development, on-site improvement practices, and the tackling of key projects, guiding more young employees to familiarize themselves with production through frontline learning, master methodologies through project implementation, and create value through the transformation of outcomes—thereby gradually building a solid talent foundation to support the company’s sustainable development.
This honor is not only a recognition of our achievements but also a new starting point. Huafeng Technology will use this award as an opportunity to continuously deepen Total Quality Management, steadfastly advance key initiatives under the “Quality Enhancement and Efficiency Improvement” framework, further refine the mechanisms for promoting QC activities, and drive the implementation of more quality improvement outcomes in production and operations. This will inject stronger momentum into enhancing the company’s product quality, improving management efficiency, and fostering the growth of our talent pool.
