Sep 30, 2025 Viewd 0

To comprehensively enhance the financial literacy and risk awareness of employees at all levels, improve the company’s overall financial management standards, promote the deep integration of business and finance, and support the Group in achieving its strategic goals for high-quality development, “Huafeng Knowledge Academy” recently successfully hosted a financial management training session themed “Insight into the Business Value Behind the Numbers: Financial Thinking to Empower Business Decision-Making.” The course was led by Ye Dan, Deputy Director of the Group’s Financial Management Department, and saw active participation from employees across all levels of the Group, including those from finance, sales, procurement, and various functional departments. The training adopted a “hybrid” model, featuring both a live online broadcast and recorded sessions for later viewing, which not only expanded the reach of the training but also enriched the online training resources of “Huafeng Knowledge Academy.”

The training centered on four key modules: “Why We Need to Understand Finance,” “ “Understanding the Company’s ‘Health Check Report’,” “Key Financial Metrics Driving Business,” and “Practices in Business-Finance Integration.” It systematically explained the core role and practical applications of financial management in modern enterprises. Through vivid case studies, clear charts, and thought-provoking questions grounded in real-world business scenarios, Ye Dan guided participants in transitioning from “task executors” to “value creators,” fostering a “Mini-CEO” mindset and financial awareness to help business departments support decision-making.

During the training, the logic and key highlights of the three major financial statements—the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement—were thoroughly analyzed. By integrating core financial metrics such as revenue growth rate, net-to-cash ratio, debt-to-equity ratio, and ROE, the training explained in simple yet insightful terms how to use financial data to gain insights into operational quality, assess risks, and drive growth. In the business-finance integration practical session, typical scenarios such as order review, supplier selection, and inventory optimization were used to demonstrate specific pathways and methods for finance and business to work in tandem.

Participants unanimously agreed that the training featured solid content, vivid case studies, and was highly thought-provoking. It not only deepened their understanding of financial knowledge but also enhanced their ability to examine business operations and optimize decision-making from a financial perspective. Everyone recognized that finance is not merely a “control tool” but also a “value partner”—a crucial pillar supporting a win-win outcome for both personal growth and organizational goals.

Moving forward, Huafeng Group will continue to promote the deep integration of financial management and business practices, building a team of versatile professionals who understand both business operations and finance, thereby injecting new momentum into the Group’s sustained and healthy development.
